What's the cost?
The cost of Exchange Server data recovery is very difficult to estimate until we review the databases. We work on an hourly basis, and in order to limit your financial exposure we usually start out with an 8-hour authorization. At the end of that time we will report our progress and recommendation. The decision to continue with the recovery process is yours. The actual cost will depend on multiple factors, including but not limited to the following:
- Size of the information store databases.
- Age of the corruption.
- Steps that have been taken to date.
- How much of the data you desire to recover.
Is there any type of guarantee?
Yes. If we cannot recover any of your data, you will only be charged 50% of our hourly rate for all hours incurred on the project.
