LUCID8’S GROWTH ACCELERATES AS IT BRINGS IN NEW VP OF MARKETING

Former Microsoft manager joins Lucid8 to guide product and marketing strategy and execution for its eDiscovery & Recovery tools for Microsoft Exchange

BELLEVUE, Wash., December 11, 2007 - Lucid8 LLC, the company that provides products that increase reliability, improve efficiency, and provide eDiscovery and recoverability services for Microsoft® Exchange Server databases, announced today that Christian Stark has joined its ranks as Vice President of Marketing and Business Development. Stark comes to Lucid8 from Microsoft, where he amassed more than 15 years of experience in product design, development, marketing and business strategy. In this newly-created position of VP of Marketing and Business Development, Stark will drive marketing strategy development, execution and business development efforts for all of Lucid8’s products as the company continues on its growth path.

Prior to joining Lucid8, Stark held senior-level positions in Microsoft Corporation’s Product Management, Program Management and Product Planning departments. Stark’s leadership benefited key product lines, including Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Word, Microsoft InfoPath and Microsoft SharePoint Server, for which he managed elements of product strategy, design and marketing that ranged from designing the user interface for Microsoft InfoPath to developing the People-Ready Process Product and Business strategy for Microsoft SharePoint Server.
