How will I be notified when my Support & Maintenance Program term expires?

The Lucid8 Support & Maintenance Program (SMP) Manager will begin notifying you via e-mail 90 days before the expiration of your SMP agreement.

NOTE: SMP Renewals may only be purchased from the original point of purchase or directly from Lucid8.
