GOexchange® uses the Microsoft® Management Console (MMC See Microsoft Management Console.) interface to manage and monitor GOexchange® enabled servers. The GOexchange® Console is divided into three major sections.

Click on one of the menu commands to obtain a drop down list of available options. The menu commands are a limited set of standard MMC commands.
The Console Tree The left-most navigation pane in the Microsoft Management Console. is a hierarchical list of GOexchange® Modules.
Maintenance The GOexchange module that provides maintenance functions for Microsoft
Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003 and 2007 Servers.:

The Details pane The right-most pane in the Microsoft Management Console has an upper and lower section.
The upper detail pane displays all Exchange Servers found on the network and associated information about each server, including the following;
Server Name
GOexchange® Status
Scheduled Items
Scheduled to Run
License Information
Exchange Information
Domain Information
Organization Information
The lower detail pane displays specific information about the server that is selected in the upper pane. There are three sections as follows.
Plan An object that represents the date, time and frequency of a specification.: The Schedule Operators can set the time, run time limit and repetition of a job Items/Job An object that represent the actions to take on an Exchange Server. Operators can select from a series of scripts to run against one or all databases, as well as custom processes, notifications backup actions and more. Specifications for the selected server.
Specifications: The job files that contain action items to be taken on this server.
History see Reports: The historical reports that contain summary and detail information about job specifications that have run on this server.
