If you are utilizing a backup solution that is not on our supported backup solutions list, you can use the Custom Command feature of GOexchange® to resolve the issue in the short term. We would also suggest that you submit a GOexchange® Enhancement Request to include your backup product as a supported GOexchange backup solution.
