Installing DigiScope

Refer to this section to learn how to install DigiScope software to your computer.

  1. Click here to download the latest version of DigiScope.

  2. After the download is complete, double-click setup.exe.

  1. The InstallShield Wizard appears. Click Next.

  1. The License Agreement dialog appears. Read all terms and conditions by scrolling to the bottom of the dialog.

  1. If you agree to the terms of the End-User License Agreement, check the "I accept" radio button.

  2. NOTE: You must scroll to the bottom of the page to activate the acceptance radio buttons.

  1. Print the agreement if desired by clicking Print, then click Next.

  1. The Customer Information dialog appears. Enter your user name and the organization to which the software is registered.

  2. Designate the users of the application, i.e. Only me or Anyone.. and click Next.

  1. Choose the shortcuts to be created: desktop shortcut or quick launch shortcut. Click Install to begin the installation.

  1. The status of the installation is displayed while program features are installed.

  1. Upon completion of DigiScope file installation the "Rapid Setup Wizard" begins and displays the User Product Registration dialog.

  1. The Rapid Setup Wizard is used to initially configure DigiScope by;

    1. Collecting end-user information.

    2. Requesting a Demo License.

    3. Retrieving Outlook and Exchange files.

    4. Populating the production pane with chosen servers.

  2. If this is the first time installing DigiScope on this computer.

    1.  Continue to the section titled Rapid Setup Wizard.

  3. If you have previously setup and used DigiScope on this computer, or do not want to auto-request a Demo License.

    1. Click Cancel.

  4. The installation is completed. Click Finish.

  1. DigiScope and the Readme file Launch.

    1. The DigiScope icon is now available on the desktop and quick launch menu (if shortcuts were designated in Step 9).
